Derek Hudson
Strength Instructor | Boot Camps
Derek offers physical training in our Sauce Strength Gym at The Sauce Factory.
Derek has been involved with physical training and fitness from a young age.
After building a home gym at 14 with his own money after working summer jobs, he was set on a journey of living life around iron
plates.
Graduating from Virginia Tech with a Master’s Degree in Architecture and Building Construction he began working in the Washington, D.C. area.
