About Justin
Justin has been a part of the youth baseball community in Gwinnett County since 2013 and has been a coach for Rec, All Stars and Travel for players aged 5-15. In addition to his coaching experience Justin was also the Baseball Director for Mountain View Athletic Association for 4 years. That experience gave him a great behind the scenes look at how youth baseball should be ran. Justin's baseline thought process for youth baseball is always about how to make it right for the kids, doing things and making decisions on what's best for them and making it the best experience possible for them.
In his professional life, Justin is a financial advisor with over 20 years experience in the financial services world. He's been in the corporate environment as well as an entrepreneur, making him well versed in several arenas of business and how to mange people and interactions.
Justin was born and raised in Illinois, went to the University of Illinois and lived in Minnesota before moving to Atlanta in 2013.
Justin lives in Dacula with his wife Jen (a paraprofessional for GCPS), son Jameson (on the Sauce Baseball 15U team), daughter Juliana (a cheerleader) and their 2 dogs.
